G20 Alumni Enterprise Alliance First Offline Meeting

Spring has returned, and everything is renewed. On March 11, 2026, the G20 Alumni Enterprise Alliance held its first gathering of the new year — and its first-ever formal offline meeting. Five core members convened at Wan Tong's office in Daliang, Shunde, for an in-depth and spirited discussion on the "G20 Alumni Enterprise Alliance Charter and Implementation Plan."

Attendees

The meeting was chaired by Anson, with the following members in attendance:

  • Guo Xinqiang — Head of Shenzhen Caihong Floor Materials Co., Ltd., specializing in R&D, manufacturing, and construction of industrial floor coatings, serving sectors including electronics factories and real estate
  • Wan Tong — Head of Guangzhou Bodi Lubricants Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman unit of the Guangdong Internal Combustion Engine Society, deeply engaged in lubricant R&D and production
  • Zheng Yujun — Head of Foshan Dingchen M&E Engineering Co., Ltd., holding Class-1 Constructor and Supervision Engineer qualifications, specializing in central air conditioning, HVAC, and fresh air system engineering
  • Tang Junhui — Head of Guangdong Shenghui Elevator Engineering Co., Ltd., with over 20 years in the elevator industry and Class-A qualification for special equipment installation, modification, and maintenance
  • Anson — Head of Alliance Business Development and Technology Platform, and moderator of this meeting

Five alumni entrepreneurs from different industries, each bringing their own practical experience and sincere expectations, sat together to plan the future of the Alliance.

Alliance Digital Platform Unveiled

At the start of the meeting, Anson introduced the independently built Alliance website platform. The platform is accessible at xiaoyou.grub5.com, with key features including:

  • Publishing Alliance member enterprise profiles to create a member directory
  • Posting supply and demand information to facilitate business matchmaking
  • Reporting on Alliance activities and documenting the Alliance's growth journey

This platform will serve as a vital vehicle for the Alliance's digital operations, enabling efficient online circulation of resources and needs among all 20 members.

Article-by-Article Review of the Charter

The core agenda of this meeting was a comprehensive, article-by-article review of the "G20 Alumni Enterprise Alliance Charter and Implementation Plan" (2nd Edition). The discussion lasted nearly two hours, with everyone speaking freely and each member offering valuable input on the provisions.

Expense Management and Approval System

Members focused on discussing the scope of Alliance fund expenditures, eligible personnel, and the approval process. The Charter establishes a three-tier approval mechanism:

  • Expenditures under 500 RMB: direct approval by the Project Director
  • Expenditures between 500 and 3,000 RMB: joint review by three persons
  • Expenditures exceeding 3,000 RMB: requires approval from more than half of Alliance members

It was also agreed that after each expenditure, a notification must be posted in the WeChat group specifying the purpose and remaining balance, ensuring every yuan is spent transparently and accounted for.

Voluntary Donation-Based Business Contribution

This is a key mechanism for the Alliance's sustainable development. After thorough discussion, members reached consensus on the following provisions:

  • For all business transactions facilitated through the Alliance, the transacting party contributes 1% of the total contract value to the Alliance Development Fund
  • A cap is set at a maximum of 20,000 RMB per transaction, to avoid excessive burden on large projects
  • Payment must be completed within 30 days of project payment receipt
  • Contributions are made under the name of "voluntary donation," operating on a self-declaration basis

This mechanism ensures a long-term source of operational funding for the Alliance while fully respecting each member's autonomy.

Operational Details and Future Plans

Beyond the core provisions, members also engaged in in-depth discussions on specific business cooperation procedures, including the client referral registration mechanism, referral attribution rules, and lead validity periods. These details will be progressively refined and improved in subsequent meetings, ensuring that every policy can be effectively implemented.

Consensus and Outlook

Over two hours of meeting, the atmosphere was lively yet pragmatic. All five members expressed strong agreement with every provision of the Charter and demonstrated enthusiastic support for the Alliance's implementation plan.

The vision of the G20 Alumni Enterprise Alliance is clear — in a period of economic downturn, 20 alumni entrepreneurs from the Greater Bay Area band together for mutual support, serving as each other's sales force, sharing resources, and pursuing win-win cooperation. Today's meeting marks an important step from blueprint to reality.

A new year, a new beginning. We believe that as the Charter is progressively implemented and collaboration among members continues to deepen, the G20 Alumni Enterprise Alliance will deliver tangible value to every member.
