Welcome to the Alumni Enterprise Alliance G20 Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), a resource sharing and business connection service platform designed for alumni enterprises in the Greater Bay Area. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
The Platform is committed to achieving the alliance mission of "resource sharing, mutual support, solidarity, and win-win cooperation," helping member enterprises leverage each other's strengths and grow together in the current economic environment.
Admission Requirements:
Initial Fee: Joining the alliance requires an initial fee of 5,000 RMB per person, used for alliance operations and activities. Members who voluntarily withdraw or are expelled will not receive a refund of the initial fee.
Account Registration: During registration, you must provide accurate and complete enterprise and personal information, including company name, business license, contact information, etc.
Member Pricing: Internal transaction prices between alliance members should in principle not exceed 95% of the fair market price.
Priority Principle: Internal needs should prioritize alliance members, and orders within the alliance must be treated as VIP projects.

Meeting Frequency: Monthly alliance meetings using the "3+N" format (3 in-depth presentations + quick demand updates from remaining members).
Attendance Requirements:
The Platform implements a contribution points system, including:
Annual evaluation criteria: Excellent (80 points or above) 50% fee reduction next year; Qualified (40-79 points) normal renewal; Under observation (20-39 points) warning; Unqualified (below 20 points) discussion on retention.
When using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Yellow Card Warning: Minor violations such as delayed declaration or late commission payment result in verbal warning and deadline for correction; General violations such as malicious price cutting or leaking business information result in written warning and 2000 RMB fine.
Red Card Expulsion: False declaration, fraud, or serious damage to alliance reputation results in expulsion from the alliance without refund.
Service Quality Issues: Major complaints on referrals within the alliance result in yellow card warning; accumulation of two red cards results in expulsion.

The Platform only provides information display and business connection services and is not responsible for the quality of products or services in transactions between members. Business cooperation between members is negotiated by both parties at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
