Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Alumni Enterprise Alliance G20 Platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), a resource sharing and business connection service platform designed for alumni enterprises in the Greater Bay Area. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Alliance Mission

The Platform is committed to achieving the alliance mission of "resource sharing, mutual support, solidarity, and win-win cooperation," helping member enterprises leverage each other's strengths and grow together in the current economic environment.

Membership Eligibility and Admission

  1. Admission Requirements:

    • Must be an alumni enterprise engaged in real industry
    • Annual revenue recommended not to exceed 100 million RMB for private enterprises
    • Enterprise registered in the Greater Bay Area
    • Agrees with the win-win cooperation philosophy and willing to contribute together
  2. Initial Fee: Joining the alliance requires an initial fee of 5,000 RMB per person, used for alliance operations and activities. Members who voluntarily withdraw or are expelled will not receive a refund of the initial fee.

  3. Account Registration: During registration, you must provide accurate and complete enterprise and personal information, including company name, business license, contact information, etc.

Business Cooperation Rules

  1. Member Pricing: Internal transaction prices between alliance members should in principle not exceed 95% of the fair market price.

  2. Priority Principle: Internal needs should prioritize alliance members, and orders within the alliance must be treated as VIP projects.

  3. Lead Registration:

    • Business opportunities should be promptly registered through the platform or WeChat group
    • Registration content includes: project name, client name, estimated amount, recommended recipient
    • Referral rights are determined by the earliest registration time
    • Leads are valid for 90 days; re-registration is required after expiration
  4. Commission System:

    • 1% of the transaction amount (excluding tax) goes into the alliance development fund
    • Payment within 30 days after project payment collection
    • Self-declaration required; concealment may result in expulsion from the alliance

Meetings and Attendance

  1. Meeting Frequency: Monthly alliance meetings using the "3+N" format (3 in-depth presentations + quick demand updates from remaining members).

  2. Attendance Requirements:

    • Absence penalty of 500 RMB per occurrence, deposited into the development fund
    • More than 6 absences or leaves in a year results in non-renewal for the following year

Contribution Points

The Platform implements a contribution points system, including:

  • Attending monthly meetings: +5 points
  • In-depth presentation (rotating speaker): +10 points
  • Providing valid leads (not closed): +3 points
  • Referred lead closed: +15 points
  • Introducing new members: +20 points
  • Hosting alliance visits: +8 points
  • Missing meetings: -5 points
  • Service quality complaints: -10 points

Annual evaluation criteria: Excellent (80 points or above) 50% fee reduction next year; Qualified (40-79 points) normal renewal; Under observation (20-39 points) warning; Unqualified (below 20 points) discussion on retention.

Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Maliciously undercutting prices to steal other members' customers
  • Disclosing other members' business information obtained through the platform
  • False declaration of transaction information or fraudulent behavior
  • Actions that damage the alliance's reputation
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the platform
  • Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation Handling

  1. Yellow Card Warning: Minor violations such as delayed declaration or late commission payment result in verbal warning and deadline for correction; General violations such as malicious price cutting or leaking business information result in written warning and 2000 RMB fine.

  2. Red Card Expulsion: False declaration, fraud, or serious damage to alliance reputation results in expulsion from the alliance without refund.

  3. Service Quality Issues: Major complaints on referrals within the alliance result in yellow card warning; accumulation of two red cards results in expulsion.

Privacy and Data Collection

The Platform collects the following types of data:

  • Member Account Information: Information you provide when applying to join
  • Enterprise Information: Core products, service scope, target customers, etc.
  • Supply-Demand and Lead Information: Supply, demand, and registration records you publish
  • Contribution and Points Information: Attendance, lead contributions, transaction facilitation, etc.

Exit Mechanism

  • Voluntary Exit: Initial fee is non-refundable
  • Passive Elimination: More than six leaves per year, serious violations, or accumulation of two red cards
  • Annual Elimination: Members with unqualified contribution scores (below 20 points)

Dispute Resolution

  • Quality Issues: The service-providing member is responsible; the referrer bears no joint liability
  • Process: Complaint → Response within 3 days → Resolution within 7 days → Recorded if unresolved
  • Financial Disputes: The alliance handles initial mediation; legal proceedings if mediation fails

Disclaimer

The Platform only provides information display and business connection services and is not responsible for the quality of products or services in transactions between members. Business cooperation between members is negotiated by both parties at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
