In the current economic environment, small and medium-sized enterprises face unprecedented challenges. How can they survive and thrive in fierce market competition? The Alumni Enterprise Alliance G20 offers an answer: solidarity and mutual support.
Origin of the Alliance
The Alumni Enterprise Alliance G20 was jointly initiated by 20 alumni entrepreneurs in the Greater Bay Area. We come from diverse industries—cleanroom engineering, floor coating, lubricant production, new energy vehicle molds, group insurance, electrical equipment, decoration materials, elevator engineering, landscaping, and more. Each of us has unique strengths and needs.
We understand that one person running business alone is far less effective than 20 people leveraging each other's resources. When every member becomes a "virtual salesperson" for the other 19 members, business opportunities naturally multiply.
Alliance Mission
Resource Sharing, Mutual Support, Solidarity, Win-Win Cooperation
This is not just a slogan, but our guiding principle:
- Internal needs prioritize alliance partners
- External opportunities are first recommended to alliance members
- Member-to-member transaction prices do not exceed 95% of market price
- Alliance orders are treated as VIP projects with priority handling
Operating Mechanism
Monthly Meetings: We hold alliance meetings once a month using the "3+N" format. Three members give in-depth presentations on products, cases, and pain points, while the remaining members conduct quick demand updates for efficient supply-demand matching.
Lead Registration: Business opportunities are registered through the platform to ensure clear attribution of referral rights. Leads are valid for 90 days, and 1% of closed deals goes into the alliance development fund.
Contribution Points: Attending meetings, providing leads, facilitating transactions, and introducing new members all earn points. Outstanding annual members enjoy membership fee reductions.
Admission Requirements
We welcome like-minded alumni enterprises to join, but have admission criteria:
- Must be an alumni enterprise engaged in real industry
- Annual revenue recommended not to exceed 100 million RMB
- Enterprise registered in the Greater Bay Area
- Agrees with the win-win cooperation philosophy and willing to contribute
Initial fee is 5,000 RMB, used for alliance operations and activities.
Alliance Goals
Our annual goal is to drive total transaction volume of 10 million RMB through member-to-member transactions and external referrals.
This is not just a number, but a testament to the joint efforts of 20 alumni entrepreneurs.
Final Words
Business is like a battlefield, but we choose to walk together. In the Alumni Enterprise Alliance G20, there is no fighting alone, only fighting side by side.
If you are also an alumni entrepreneur in the Greater Bay Area, and if you also believe in "win-win cooperation," welcome to join us. Let's stand together and create a brighter future!
